Shipping policy

At Soul City, we know the importance of getting your items shipped to you quickly. We do our very best to get your order in the mail as soon as we can. Most orders go out within 1-3 business days. 
As a small, local business, we cannot be held responsible for anything that happens to packages once they leave our facility. If you have been notified that your package has arrived via tracking, but you have not received it, please contact your local USPS/UPS.
